She brings experience leading teams through several waves of corporate innovation, known for transforming start-up concepts into reality at major organizations. Ruth served as VP of Global Innovation at VSP Vision, where she crafted AI strategies and led a multi-disciplinary team to turn innovative healthcare concepts into commercial successes. Her leadership turned the VSP Global Innovation Center into a key player in the healthcare and tech industries by fostering a culture of high standards and authentic leadership. Ruth was a global consultant, advising clients from the Bay Area to Latin America on embedding effective innovation practices into their ventures. As Director of the AT&T Foundry, she successfully integrated start-up solutions across diverse business lines, scaling AT&T’s presence and participation in the tech ecosystem, establishing key innovation partnerships.
